Today is the fifth of May and there are only FOUR DAYS until we depart for Myrtle Beach!!! Everyone who is going seems to be very excited. Even people who are not going are excited! I think that there are a ton of people who will be following this trip via the blog.

A few travelers have let me know that they are already packed! How ambitious!. I don't exactly wait until the last minute, but it takes me quite a while to get realistic when it comes to what I think are the essentials for the trip......
I know that it is only for a week......and I know that we will be on motorcycles......but it is just so difficult to try and decide what you might need and what to take!
Seriously.....everyone seems to be anticipating this getaway to the max!
On Thursday (May 8) a few of us are going to spend the night at Mark's house so that we can get an early start on Friday morning. I don't know why we think that this will give us an early start.....we DO have a reputation. This group will probably include me, Matt, Steve, and Mark (duh!). On Friday morning the plan is to meet Jeff and Deb just south of Manassas and then continue to Myrtle Beach.
